FosterEVANSEVANS - FOSTER CECIL, September 14, 2009, peacefully in hospital aged 84 years, of The Headlands Care Home, Llangollen (formerly of Tyn Llan, Llanferres). Sadly missed by all family and friends. Funeral service at Pentrebychan Crematorium on Wednesday, September 23 at 2.30pm. Donations in lieu of flowers may be given for The Headlands Care Home.
